Ms Hoang Thi Hue

Head Lecturer - Hospitality, Tourism And Culinary Arts Lecturer

Ms Hoang Thi Hue joined Pegasus International College Hanoi Branch in 2012.

Before working at Pegasus, she worked at the KOTO Vocational Training Center in various roles, including Head of Cold Kitchen, Head Pastry Chef, Head Banquet Chef, Culinary Instructor, and Supervisor and Coordinator of the Banquet Service Department. In addition to her practical experience, she holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) from the Tourism Management Training Institute in Sydney, Australia. Furthermore, she has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Box Hill Institute in Melbourne, Australia, a Certificate II in Cookery, a Vocational Education Pedagogy Certificate, and a Trainer Certificate from the Vietnam Tourism Certification Board. She has recently completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) from TAE Academy in Australia and a Certificate III in Cookery from Pegasus International College in Australia (RTO code 31984).
