1. INTRODUCTION

In addition to longer academic programmes, Pegasus International College also offers SHORT courses based on the Vietnam Tourism Occupational Skills Standards (VTOS) and Australian National Programmes.

The Bar service course will provide students skills and knowledge in performing professional and accurate processes of serving customers in bars (preparing a bar, serving drinks at the bar, preparing alcoholic drinks and non–alcoholic drinks, etc) and to meet the demand and expectations of customers following international trends.

Qualification	Certification of course completion, issued by Pegasus International College (National validity)
Duration	46 hours ~ 1 month (part-time)

2. COURSE OUTLINE

Trainers	Trainers are industry experts currently working at Pegasus International College with extensive teaching experience
Duration	46 hours ~ 1 month (part-time)
Schedule	2 sessions / week, duration of each lesson: 3 hours
Certificate	Certification of course completion, issued by Pegasus International College (National validity)
Career Opportunities	Bar service staff in professional restaurants, hotels, and similar culinary business establishments

Module 1: Prepare a bar to serve

Module 2: Receive a request to order drinks

Module 3: Drinks are served at the counter

Module 4: Operate a bar

Module 5: Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages

Module 6: Prepare and serve cocktails
