1. INTRODUCTION

In addition to longer academic programmes, Pegasus International College also offers SHORT courses based on the Vietnam Tourism Occupational Skills Standards (VTOS) and Australian National Programmes.

At the end of this training program, learners will be able to provide housekeeping service to customers appropriately and professionally (prepare and clean room; service housekeeping requests, perform laundering functions, etc), the program will help learners satisfy customer requirements and expectations in global tourism scene.

Qualification	Certification of course completion, issued by Pegasus International College (National validity)
Duration	60 hours ~ 5-7 weeks (part-time)

Trainers	Trainers are industry experts currently working at Pegasus International College with extensive teaching experience

Schedule	3 sessions / week, duration of each lesson: 3 hours
Certificate	Certification of course completion, issued by Pegasus International College (National validity)
Career Opportunities	Housekeepers at hotels and similar accommodation providers

Module 1: Prepare for cleaning duties

Module 2: Make beds

Module 3: Clean room

Module 4: Clean bathroom

Module 5: Receive housekeeping requests

Module 6: Service housekeeping requests

Module 7: Perform laundering linen

Module 8: Perform laundering for guest’s clothes
